It all starts with a Slack message

An employee requests something in Slack, either posting to a channel or sending Risotto a DM. Risotto begins acknowledging the request and then starts searching for a solution.

Risotto finds answers to common questions, searching through chat history and knowledge bases like Confluence, Notion and Google Drive

Risotto integrates with your IdP and can automatically grant access to software and directory groups. It can gather approvals, time limit access, and more.

Risotto then answers the employee's question

Risotto checks with the employee to see if their issue was resolved, and if it was, Risotto then closes the ticket. From DM to Done.

Escalates the issue to the right person

If Risotto can't resolve the request, Risotto will escalate the issue to the right person.
